Yup, it's that time again! Check out all the cool DIY stuff over @ Kimba's. There's always lots to see and become inspired by each and every week :) (Thanks for hosting, Kimba!)
First off, check out this cute little table I rescued from the curb and painted/decoupaged. I love the curvy lines of it, don't you? I don't have a before photo but picture peeling wood, nasty, gross! One day last fall a friend came over and saw it for the first time and actually offered to pay me for it...but I just couldn't part with it! (That lamp/shade were very cheap Goodwill buys.)
Oh my, would ya take a look at these beauties? Um yeah, not sure they can get ANY uglier! The chair was another Goodwill find for about 5 bucks. The ottoman was another curbside rescue.
A little fabric...
A bit of trim, ribbon, a trusty hot glue gun...
And a lot of imagination...NOW they're pieces I don't mind having in my home!
Thanks for looking! Hurry, go get inspired by all the neat things in Blogland!

ReplyDeleteHi Michelle, I love what you've done. You are gifted! I'm sorry for the losses you've had recently. I'll pray for the 12 yr. old's family and for the family of the dear woman who passed away from breast cancer. I've not been blogging much, but hope to get back in soon. Hugs, Kathi
