A House Update

Well, I'm sitting here all bummed out and disappointed...the house we were looking at it was leased by someone else. PLEASE pray for us to find something soon! Oh my word, I just feel like my heart will break into a million pieces if my girls have to change schools. They both have started back to school on such a positive note and I will hate it if they have to change....

  1. Sweet Michelle,
My heart aches for you and my prayers are with you. I wish I a stranger could make evertything better for you and your wonderful family.

Try to relax, have faith and turn it completely over to our Savior, who tells us to "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Matt 11:28. So often I have knelt down, poured my troubled heart out to him and THEN picked up all the burdens and put them right back on my own back as I got up. Try and leave it at His and have Faith in Him. He knows what is right for your family. I too am praying the kids will be able to remain in the school district and still do all they have their hearts set on doing. She is a darling cheerleader. I still love the poem she wrote for her mom:)

You have been on such a roller coaster right now and your body NEEDS you to concentrate on taking care of YOU with the most positive thoughts you can give it. The port
will end up being a blessing as you will not have to be poked with new IV's each week and they can just pop it open and insert the drugs.
With your gorgeous face and beautiful spirit you willl ook incredible with or without hair. I thought my sister Marcia made a fashion statement!
Try to be positive and I am so sorry you have to take this journey right now. Let some of us help with the mental burdens... also
    God Bless, Beth

  2. Michelle,
Jules (Julie) is a good friend of my daughter, who in fact is doing her laundry for their family today.

My daughter just got the phone call, Jules has gone in remission!

In the post I am sharing with you Jules talks about recieving her port. And I think it was todays post she talks about how invaluable it has been. Reading a positive experience of someone who has gone through breast cancer with great results might help boost your spirits.
